Wooden window frames
The three-ply glued pinewood worpieces IV-68 and IV-78 are used to manufacture the window frames, with or without visible joint-makings, which ensures the outstanding heat-insulating and sound-proofing properties.
Decoration
The windows surface decoration is carried out with materials made in conformity with the highest standards for both decoration technologies and the environmentally-friendly product, thus the wood is protected from bluing, rotting as well as fungi, in turn the coat of paint does not allow to crack and deform due to the temperature and humidity impact, and effectively protects wood from harmful influence of the UV radiation.
For the decoration and painting of the windows surfaces the water-based prime coating, varnish by the German company “GORI” are used.
Fittings
For the wooden window frames the fittings by the German company “ROTO” (www.roto.de) are applied, which ensures different types of window opening, and it can be equipped with the anti-burglar mechanisms.

Profiled fittings surface
A totally new profiled surface of the locking rod ensures the possibility to optimally use the existing vacant space. The components, which usually are placed in this space, for example, the screw holes, thanks to the built-in profile, do not stick out from the surface of the locking rod. The new solutions for the fittings ensure the long-lasting period of service and the ROTO fearlessly gives it the 10-year guarantee.
Passive ventilation
You may not underestimate the risk arising from the formation of mould in the new and properly sealed windows. Due to the regular circulation of air, this problem can be eliminated with the help of the window fittings. The passive ventilation system ROTO NT of the new type consists of a single frame detail, which can be installed at any time. There is no need for the labor-consuming installation with template gages any more, since the ventilation element is simply located next to the angle drive of the opposite plate.
Component assemblage
The technique of connections of details of the new kind provides, that the traditional connection hood, what was assembled between in its interval linked details, it is not necessary already. Till with it the by forces asking connect procedure is turned nearly in a game - it remains only to fix and to screw on. Exactly it is not possible already! Also in this case it can fully use the vacant space.
Fixing the level
Yet one multifunction fittings detail: a casement lift provides, that a casement in a frame glances aside in one and in it in same level, thus preventing in a pen of so diffused window slide off half. It can also regulate this level. The retainer blocks possibility incorrect to open a window. This all is guarantee a fittings protracted and bold service.
Locking pins V
Adjusting, close and safety one unique detail provides - the ROTO closing system, which has the outstanding motion properties and maximal safety. The close hob Q thought over technical decision provides standard DIN V windows of implementations of the ENV 1627-1630 requirements, which are bold against breaking (1st and 2nd endurances classes). Both standard and against breaking opposite plate axes of screws are identical, with which it is later possible easily to execute their replacement regardless of that, which of the locking pins option is applied.
ROTOsil surface
A prominent visual mark of the new ROTO NT system is the paint of its elements - due to the special surface treatment by zinc-plating, chrome-plating and varnishing the ROTOsil looks like the metal silver and this is an enhanced protection against corrosion. Probably an appropriate type and durability for the new millennium!
Fixed open position
A hundred-per-cent comfort: the integrated open position retainer safely fixes the window in the open position. Therefore the windows broken by wind or draught, belong to the past. Without changing details, you can reduce the opening.
Sealing
Sealing of the exposed parts of windows is ensured with rubber gaskets by the German company ''DEVENTER'' www.deventer.de, which are resistant against the atmospheric impact (retain their elastic properties in both strong frost and heat, resistant against the UV radiation).
Drip strips
For the lower parts of the window frames, casements we use the drainage systems by the German company ''BUG'' (www.bug.de), which is formed by aluminum profiles of different types and colors, those will effectively protect your windows.
Double glass panes
In windows we use the double glass panes made in Latvia, in which the glass by the Czech company ''Glaverbel'' is used. It is available with various kinds of the double glass panes, which differs by the heat loss coefficient, shade and sound proofing index. The double glass panes are available with the heat loss coefficient starting from 1,1W/m2*K.
